About Thayna
Thayna Dalle Crode studied Law in Brazil and is currently completing a postgraduate qualification in Management. She will also be commencing a Master of Health Management next year, further strengthening her knowledge in healthcare leadership, practice operations and management.
Thayna has experience in healthcare administration and practice management, with a strong focus on general practice operations, patient communication, billing workflows, staff coordination, recruitment support, compliance processes and accreditation preparation.
She is currently the Practice Manager at Kangaroo Point Medical Centre, where she oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinic and works closely with doctors, nurses, allied health professionals and administrative staff to support efficient, professional and patient-centred healthcare services.
Thayna is passionate about creating a welcoming, organised and supportive environment for both patients and healthcare professionals. She values clear communication, efficient systems, teamwork and high standards of care within the practice.
