Your Health, Our Priority

Why Register?

What Are the Benefits?

Registering through MyMedicare formalises your healthcare relationships and unlocks a number of meaningful benefits for you and your family.

Improved Health Outcomes

By formalising your relationship with your preferred GP and practice, MyMedicare creates a stronger foundation for continuity of care — leading to better long-term health outcomes for you and your family.

Longer Telehealth Appointments

Registered patients are eligible for longer Medicare-funded telehealth consultations with their GP — making it easier to discuss complex health concerns from the comfort of your own home.

Better Hospital Care Connections

For patients who visit the hospital frequently, MyMedicare helps connect you back to more appropriate care in general practice — reducing unnecessary hospital presentations and improving your overall care pathway.

Telehealth Incentives for Vulnerable Groups

Additional incentives are available for longer telehealth consults for children under 16, pensioners and concession card holders — making quality GP care even more accessible for those who need it most.
